DigiCall is a telecalling operations platform provided by DigiAud for companies that need to monitor business calling activity by their authorized agents.
Information We Collect
- Company, owner, and agent account details such as name, mobile number, email address, company ID, and daily target.
- Device details such as device model, app version, sync status, permission status, and Firebase push token.
- Call log records needed for business reporting, including call time, phone number, contact name when available, call type, duration, SIM slot when available, device name, and sync status.
Why We Collect Call Log Data
DigiCall reads call log data only to provide its core business functionality: telecaller activity tracking, daily target progress, sync status, duplicate-safe reporting, and company dashboard visibility. DigiCall does not use call log data for advertising.
How We Use Data
- To show live and historical telecalling dashboards to the authorized company owner or admin.
- To export reports to Google Sheets or CSV where enabled by the company.
- To detect sync duplicates and prevent repeated uploads from creating duplicate business records.
- To diagnose device sync issues and permission problems.
Data Sharing
Data is shown only to authorized users of the relevant company workspace and to DigiAud administrators for support, security, and platform operations. We do not sell personal data.
Data Retention
Business call records are retained while the company account is active or as required for business reporting. A company owner may request deletion or export of their workspace data by contacting support.
Security
DigiCall uses authenticated dashboard access and backend-controlled device sync. Access is limited by company workspace so owners see only their own company data, while super admin access is restricted to platform operations.
